Anyone having problems buying on ebay or using paypal at all to buy?
I made a stealth paypal, it is about 1 week old, im trying to buy a $1000 macbook, my laptop just died and i need a new one for work, i found one that is $400 cheaper than it is in the stores.
It keeps saying that the payment cant be sent right now or something like that, I called paypal they said it is their internal security system, So i wonder if it would go through if i checkout as a guest or use a different credit...
